(MP) Multi-Purpose Lock Preparation recommended for use with sectional trim mortise locks conforming to ANSI/BHMA A156.115. Preparation may be used for mortise exit hardware when thru-bolts are used for application. Installation of a lock edge filler plate provides a blank edge suitable for push & pull hardware or the application of various rim mounted locks or panic devices when thru-bolts are used for application.
